Bill's a little hoaky here, but he did star in one of the two feature films about Flight 401 (one used the F/A L-10ll cabin mockup trainer in MIA). Having now seen this video, I do not agree with the interviewed experts. They speak in generalities but the images the crews and pax saw were clearly identifiable through facial recognition from either memory or presented photo identification which was spot on by both employees and strangers. According to the flightcrew who saw Don Repo, Repo spoke to them and both his sighting and comments were entered into the ship's log. What I want to know is what happened to the ship logbook after it was put in the safe in MIA.

When flying #318 we always had to assign two F/A's to work the Galley-No one would work down there alone.

Wow! I just watched the 401 segment. It was riveting!!! I agree with the paranormal psychologist that Capt Loft and Don Repos psychic energy, when released upon their deaths, must have been immense. It had to go somewhere. While much can be said for sleep deprivation, I think it is arrogant of the "specialist" to dismiss these experiences as hallucinations.
