Pat
Don and I send you our sincere
congratulations and best wishes on this honor into the Retired Eastern Pilots
Association, Hall of Fame. We are so thrilled and excited for you and hope we
can be there in person to see this honor given to you on September 6, 2018.
Your contributions to Eastern Airlines not only to REPA for all you have done
as a Member, REPArtee Editor, WebMaster, etc., but for your constant dedication
and unselfish efforts to keep the Eastern Legacy out in the public eye with the
Radio Voice of Eastern Airlines. Your unending giving of your time, consumed
weekly into the producing and directing of the wonderful scripts you prepare
each week for the last 8 years of the EAL Radio Show is highly commendable. You
have this broadcast for and about Eastern and the Eastern family.
This honor is so well deserved and a long time coming. Again, we
thank REPA for this honor they bestowed to you.
Kudos, Neal and may God keep you safe and well! We love you Eastern!
Dorothy and Don

Neal,
I would like to add my voice to what Dorothy and Don have stated. You have kept the Eastern legacy alive and well, which clearly shows the dramatic negative impact of what happened to our once beloved, unique airline.
Thank you so much.
Your friend,
George

Thank you George, but it has been the combined work of so many great Eastern people. like you, that keeps Eastern in the minds of millions that have known her. With REPA, as editor, I had the help of an Eastern great, John Ingle, who I have talked about on our radio show. Now there's a true deserved person of any Hall of Fame Award. And, be the first to know, he will go in the Radio Show's Hall of Fame in September. George, thanks for adding so much to our show and I hope you will have a book ready very soon.
Neal

My work has been for
Eastern family and friends like you, Normajean. I appreciate your kind words.
Nearly eight years of wonderful Eastern talk. I wish I had enough years left
for eight more. Thanks for the support you give the Radio Show and
Hosts. It's all about Eastern love.

Capt. Holland, on Hall of Fame nomination.
I also was interested to read that the name Eastern is coming back again. Will anxiously follow that story. When the previous Eastern (not the original one!) was operating, Georgia State University used them as a charter. Bill and I travel with the teams on occasion, and I had wanted to fly Eastern on one of their trips, but it never worked out before it folded again.
See you in Charleston, and again, Congratulations Su
